Not a preset, but it's fairly simpel to achieve. Select 'treble booster' in the list of Spotify presets. It will up the mids and highs. Then mirror the highs in the lows, by dragging them down on the left side. It's hard to totally suppress the bass though — it's quite a bass heavy 'phone. :-)
