It's been a while since I've listened to the Apple AirPods, I'm sorry, but my takeaway was this: the Sabbat X12 sounds more balanced and it's highs and vocals are way more natural. The AirPods do deliver more bass and emphasis on the lower mids, such as bass guitars and darker piano strokes.
